I'm already at 4.7GHz right now, it is stable and the board seems to be fine, except for the Firewire controller obviously, which I don't care about. tongue.gif

Not on a Corsair H80, it requires about 1.42v which is way too much for this cooler. tongue.gif

Lol and...? How hot is it?

My megahalems keep the 2700k at 70C max under load with 1.41v

Yeah well either your room is damn cold, you have super high speed fans, or your 2700k runs really cool, if I want to keep it under 70ºC I must stay under 1.37v tongue.gif

just in case you want to rma your board (you shouldn't have to since it's fine) it's really easy to hide burn marks lol.. i've rma'ed a few boards that blew up with burn marks.. get some paint thinner and a q-tip to carefully erode away the visible burn marks lol.

i hope asus doesn't see this ninja.gif

I have no plan to RMA this board as long as it works fine until I upgrade to another platform in a year or so. tongue.gif
