Whats the difference between those two cards?

got my sapphire 6870 for 140 on ebay..just go with the 6870 if you can

6870 Will be more stream processors and faster memory high clock rates In some Games you have better scaling the graphics and a few faster frame rates.

Nothing too dramatic, the 6870>6850, so if you have a chance to get that in your price range then do it. Otherwise, you wont see anything like the difference between a 6870 and 6950.

It Depends on how crazy you are about Performance I have a 6850 It's considered a budget card now but it is very good cheap to crossfire now too. 6870 is Longer and is a mid range card now. 6870 is almost at the price of 6850's.
