ok I tried now to reinstall the cpu cooler and all screws are fitting now.
In turboboost with 4,3 ghz in prime im on 60 °C with 3,7 ghz °C about 55°C .
I think it worked xD:

me too xD Got all my components thuresday and all working on Sunday morning xD:
now im gonna join The Official ASUS P8P67/P8Z68 & P8Z68/GEN3 Series Owners Club because i would be the only person with a p8z68 v-gen 3 board xD
