Thats interesting, could you give me a link or the name(s) of the shop(s) that sell it? I still couldnt find it anywhere here in the Netherlands, shipping might be cheaper from Belgium smile.gif

Shipping from that site to the netherlands is 15 euro. You would be better off ordering from zowie directly as they have shipping cost at 11 euro. The best option is to wait until the mouse is available in the netherlands. Since it's taking longer to be available in the netherlands, there is a higher chance that you get one from the 2nd batch.

Decided to get this mouse over the kinzu v2. The low perfect control speed of the kinzu v2 killed it for me, so I decided to go for the zowie am. I was having doubts about the zowie am as well since it uses the huano switches (other than that it seems to be perfect) But I can live with that and I'll get used to in no time.
I live in the netherlands too, but I'll wait on the 2nd batch before I purchase.

Same here, atm I've got more faith in zowie's AM then SS's kinzu. Although the more expensive Kana might be good though. Then again the Kana has funky sidebuttons :x

Btw I did get it from gamegear. They just added it to their stock today.

i'm concerned about two things in AM

1) shape
the mouse is as long as xai yet significantly narrower which makes for a shape that atleast sounds like awkwardly tubular

2) buttons
i want to be able to click both buttons very fast and rapidly

what are AM users opinions on these 2 issues?
I like that it is much narrower but it wouldn't have to be so long :/
Well like some ppl already mentioned, the buttons are little bit harder to press than omrons but ofc you could press em fast and rapidly
cause switches are no real match for fingerpowa wink.gif
What I didn't like was how slippery the coating is. You shouldn't ever wash your hands again when you play the AM wink.gif

The switches are very hard to press. That was the first annoying thing I noticed.
I love the switches of the EC1/EC2. (Unfortunately the rest of this mice doesn't fit me) And they say the same switches are build in the AM. So what's wrong here? The AM's switches are way harder to push.

Furthermore both models I had (AM & AM-GS), had a very distinctive "button issue". It was not possible to play any game with this mice. The buttons were always rubbing on each other. mad.gif

Ok cool, at any chance, do you have an idea of roughly which date we'll be able to get them here? Or when the 2nd batch will be sold?

I think the first batches of EC1/EC2's used Omrons. Then they switched.
