Which MOBO to buy?

Thread Starter
It's been a long time since I was here. I heard that AMD will start phasing-out Phenom II's, so I decided to pick up a 1090t from Microcenter. I am going to go buy it pretty soon but was just wondering which free MOBO I should get with it. I want to get the MOBO that will net me the most profit as I will be selling it here or on eBay.

The only ones that are truly, safely compatible are the GA-78LMT-S2P and M5A87.  All others have VRMs/power phases too small to even consider or actually lack the support for the 125W 1090T (as in the case of the 880GM-D2H).
