Opinions needed on C2D PC build

These are the pieces im thinking about geting and there prices all off of newegg. I dont know much about the psu or the video card but they looked like good deals.

I would replace the first and second "combos" with single pieces since that PSU looks, not great, and that graphics card isn't the best ever. You could replace the PSU with a Hipro HP-P600W and replace the video card with a BFG 7600GT for a total of $975. I think the extra $100 you would spend is worth it though. You don't want a PSU that will hold your OC back, or kill your computer.
EDIT: The second mobo/gfx combo is actually a good deal and it would be worth sticking with that since DX10 is coming around the corner and you might want to upgrade then. I guess it's up to you to decide on that one, but I think the PSU needs to be changed.
