i'm back from his house...
Well his P4 should work at 2.8 ghz, but because it's at 50º C only runs at 2.0ghz.
His gpu is only a 4200 Mx
ANd his back fan doesn't work....
We didn't even overclock , cause we wore afraid that the cpu would melt!
His gonna buy a new cpu and case fan
LOL don't worry about it melting, it won't.
Only thing i can think of, is overclocking the GFX. Mine plays Oblivion slightly at ultra-low settings.

*EDIT*

And that is my FX5200 i was talking about.

*EDIT2*

Darn, you're saying he only has a 4200 MX? Get another GFX.

But his rear fan is out!
We opened the case( 1st time ever opened) and it had tons of dust....

Overclocking won't help you. The video card won't be playing Oblivion anytime soon. And if it does, expect ~15FPS on all low, 800x600 if your lucky.

Get a better video card, if AGP, get a 9600PRO/XT, if PCI, 6200 - the one without Turbo Cache.

The 800Mhz will help, but it won't do much if your video card can't hold its own anyway.
