LOL you will be the first person complaining how bad paypal is when you get ripped off.
Lets list a little info
No matter how much proof of delivery of items, or emails confirming items delivered, paypal sides with buyer over 80% of the time.
There are threads all over the internet listing how someone sold an item, guy complained and got paypal to refund, sent back box and inside box is a little letter saying "thanks Ahole for the free XXX item" and you know what? paypal still sides with the buyer.
Paypal limits accounts, even with full proof of ownership, all documents needed, just so those funds can sit in a bank a little longer to collect interest on. Thats a fact, paypal has been sued for doing so and lost many, many times.
Hell, i cant even use paypal anymore. My sister back when she lived with me years ago, got a paypal account and got burned for almost $1000 on these scams, now because my address is still the same they wont let me have an account.
To me its a blessing. how any non-bank/credit union can demand your SSN is beyond me and should scare you to death. funny thing is, that $1000 my sister owed disapeared. Paypal cant do crap since its not a bank...paypal fees will keep climbing till finally some of you get it and stop using there services.
