odd crash first monitor then sys

I had a bizarre crash yesterday trying to select a video suddenly my monitor turned black then went into energy saving mode then I was unable to reset using button I had to shut down by turning off power supply I now need to
see if I am stable I looked in event viewer not a thing

my temps should be good I have 2x200mm 103cfm front/ top fans
polaris 120 at full tilt hsm 2454 rpm 84cfm and a rear 120@46cfm

If the monitor went and the rest of the system was still running, my guess would be this had to do with your GPU drivers.
