FX chips are a little hard to find right now and if it is someone in another country thats purchasing it because they can not get one than Im sure they will be happy to pay the asking price. When something is hard to come by and supply is limited and if you have no clue how to build a computer you will pay a premium. Nobody tracked him down on ebay.
Rather, mike posted on OCN saying how awesome the rig was and how he would get that rig if he had the cash. That's pretty funny, since he himself is the seller. That thread was obviously deleted because it was against TOS, but that's how we know about the ebay ad.
So, nobody tracked the ad down. He brought it to OCN.
