Your going to require Android SDK, Superonclick, and drivers.

1. Root
2. Download all the required files (Search on XDA)
3. Copy files to kindle
Code:
adb shell
cd cache
mkdir recovery (may already exist)
cp /sdcard/log /cache/recovery/
cp /sdcard/last_log /cache/recovery/
Code:
cd /
dd if=/sdcard/updaterecovery.img of=/dev/block/platform/mmci-omap-hs.1/by-name/recovery
"idme bootmode 0x5001"
reboot
Press power button in clockwork recovery to install CM7.
Code:
adb push c:/Android/cm7files/stockrecovery.img /sbin
adb shell
dd if=/sbin/stockrecovery.img of=/dev/block/platform/mmci-omap-hs.1/by-name/recovery
reboot

There is no honeycomb for the fire. There's CM7, but that's gingerbread based.

Oops. I mis-read your post. No way currently. Most devs are skipping it and working on ICS. thumb.gif
