Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Thieves Guild issues

1) So what's the whole deal on the Thieves Guild Armor thing? I know mine is pretty much lost... I have checked pretty much all merchants and all of the cupboards/drawers/chests in my Breezehome. I have also checked both campanions. Nothing. Forever lost? I hope not. Some report they didn't have to upgrade/exchange their Thieves Guild Armor for the Guild Master Armor... So what's the deal? Can I still get the "Darkness Returns" trophy without the original Thieves Guild Armor or what? Because I'm not doing any of the Thieves Guild main quests untill I'm 100% sure!

2) Another thing, probably has nothing to do with the "Darkness Returns" trophy but my "One with the Shadows" trophy isn't popping up... I returned the last of the 4 special job, and it's still not popping up... I obviously saved right before to make sure. Everytime I load and return, nothing, wt*?

Edit: Forgot to mention, I'm on PS3.

Are you on the PC? This is why we play Bethesda games on Windows.

You can use the console to just give youself the old armor, if you want

Find the right command, then find the ID of the thieves guild armor somewhere else in UESP.
