Choice is yours personally I'm NVIDIA user but if this was the case I'd go with 6870.

I would stay away from MSI motherboards, go for ASUS,ASRock,Gygabyte each oif these will serve you better than MSI trust me, and if you could stretch that budget a little you could go for i5 2500 or 2500K.
