M8 Ventilated Flex-Bay

Thread Starter
What parts do I need to order if I want the left front side of the case to look the right front side of the case (ventilated)

Do I need to order MAC-162 (360 Radiator Flex-Bay Mount) or three MAC-113 (Fan Mount, Flex-Bay) and the odd MAC-148 (Flex-Bay Cover Ventilated)

Or is there another part altogether?

Thank you!

To get that effect, you can use single bay MAC-147 covers, MAC-113 fan mounts (3 bays each) or one of the Flex-Bay radiator mounts: MAC-162 (9 bays) or a MAC-163 (7 bays).

Best regards

Best regards

I tried searching the case labs store for MAC-147 using the Advanced search facility, and it came up with "XL Window" as the part

Also - Does MAC-163 (240 Radiator Flex-Bay Mount) really take up 7 bays as you say above? From the picture it looks like it takes up 2 squares (or 6 rectangular 5 1/4 bays) But the picture could just be deceiving me...

As an aside - it would be useful feature if the site listed the SKU number under the picture and/or next to the description so you can see them all in one page when browsing the accessories and parts pages, instead of having to click on each item to get to the detailed view where the SKU number is listed. redface.gif

Thanks!

That's because I'm a bonehead and gave you the wrong part number redface.gif Here is the correct part

I agree that seeing the part number in the display would help (us too!). Hopefully, they'll update the software to do that rolleyes.gif

EDIT: Yes the 240 radiator mounts uses 7 bays (not six).

Thanks for the information. I think I'm all set.

Now my final question is. Once I place my order, roughly how much time do I have, to add additional parts to my order, from the Accessories section of your page, (items that may already have been fabricated and/or in stock) before my order ships out. (In case I forget something)

Rough ballpark figure would fine. (couple days, couple weeks, etc)

I would of course try to avoid this, but am curious.

Thank you for your time.

Typically cases ship in two business days. Some international orders take longer to get better shipping rates (FedEx shipments).
