I have the ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 and an a 2500k that is stable at 5.0GHz @ 1.30v (see http://cdn.overclock.net/6/66/6637d057_5ghzstable1.3v.png).

Because this voltage is lower than anything else I've seen at this speed, I'm kinda questioning the accuracy of the voltage measurement. Does anyone know the location of this measurement point on this board (the P67 extreme4 is probably the same spot as well)?

Or if no one knows, does a multimeter has a high enough impedance to not hurt anything poking around on the board?
