Advice on a new router please

Thread Starter
Hello, recently we had a power surge which took out some of my computer equipment including my old linksys wrt54g. My family is very heavy on our demands for internet, with 3 computers, cellphones using the wireless, a wii and an xbox. Usually all on at the same time. My internet connection has the speed to handle it, I just need a router to do the same. My requirements: extremely fast cable and wireless connection, and at least three Ethernet ports.

Thanks.

EDIT: I think I found a router which may suit my needs. Please reply if it is a poor choice or there is one of better value. D-Link Xtreme Wireless N Router (DIR-825)

just saw your edit, i dont think its a poor choice, as it pretty much matches the linksys wrt610n

http://www.shopbot.ca/pp-linksys-wrt610n-linksys-price-116981.html here you can get it at $149.99CAD

another one to compare is the E4200 which i would recomend if it fits your budget

Thanks. Although I think I'm going to stick with the D-link. With great reviews and a buddy of mine who has one, I think it should work.

Again though, thank you for the advice.
