Just saw this thread... I have same mobo and here is what i would do.

I run at 4.6ghz at 1,.32v this varies across the board depending on CPU of course., but I will post my settings for you so you can get a rough idea.

I would firstly do this.... set everything to AUTO except vcore and make sure Loadline calibration is set to level 5, this works best and has little vdroop... level 10 will sky rocket your vcore into insane voltage under load, Set vcore to 1.35v and go straight back into the BIOS and under vcore voltage check to see what the voltage value next to the value you have set (it will be in blue). Then come back here and tell us how you went.
