Help with decision between 2 GTX560

Heya Guys,
I need some help, I have to decide between 2 GTX560 Graphiccards (both cost the same, differently OC'd)

EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Superclocked, 1024MB DDR5, Mini-HDMI (only 1 Fan) - Image
Core-Clock: 850 MHz
Shader-Clock: 1.700 MHz
Memory Clock: 2.052 (4.104) MHz

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 560 SOC (2 Fans, no "case") - Image
Core-Clock: 900 MHz
Shader-Clock: 1.800 MHz
Memory Clock: 1.002 (4.008) MHz

Which one is better for gaming? :-S

I'd do the gigabyte one for the better GPU cooling.

further opinions?
is the memory-clock important? any experience with SOC'd cards? can't I just change the memory-clock afterwards?

Factory clocks are pretty much irrelevant and can be changed later. So really it looks like the main difference is the cooler design. The EVGA probably does a better job at moving hot air out of the case and the gigabyte probably cools better if you have good airflow in your case - make the decision based mostly on that airflow factor. Personally I trust EVGA more than gigabyte so that makes a difference for me.

Since we don't know what case/fans you're running it's hard to say which card is better for your particular situation.

Until mid of January I'll run the new system in a Big Tower Case with like 1 case fan, from then on I'll probably run it in a Antec DF-85 (7 Case Fans) and sooner or later another 8th fan on the side-window
