So far so good, only played a few. Keep getting disconnected from server erros though so playing a full game is like =O

The F-35: Hmmm not bad but definitely a different flying style, its not a fighter like the f/18 its more of a support aircraft in this game, would be a perfect aircraft if Dice could fix the firework POS guided missiles which tend to miss a stand still tank out in the open desert........
Guided missles would be the best unlock if it even did 100% disabled in 2 hits, it takes like 4 hits to get the hit marker and another 2 for disable -_-. (Ok not really but you get the point)

I like gulf of Oman, very challenging map for those coming from the carrier, very entertaining and the tall buildings/cranes provide for some slick spec ops if you have a semi-smart squad.

I also noticed a small fps hit, now i see my fps frop to 35 or so on ultra which is still fine.
So far so good, need more time with the F35, some intense moments when you land in the middle of 3 enemy tanks and try to take off again.

I've spent a couple of hours in B2K now and I must say it definitely has a different feel in it compared to the normal BF3.

I love the urban sniping in Strike at Karkand and as I enjoy playing in vehicles, the battle has gotten a lot more intense in the urban areas. thumb.gif

Definitely happy with the purchase.

B2K is a ton of fun! I have been playing to for a while now, its so nice to have a few of the old maps.

I have noticed with the down scaling that any map with 64 players is just way to packed with people for any kind of effective gameplay. I wish they would give us Kubra Dam with BF2 size and 64 players!

B2K is pretty amazing. There's a lot of little nuances to each map. Where you hit building with rockets or explosives determines which part will open a hole and kill an enemy, urban settings have lots of twists and turns, spots to gain vantage points.

There's just a wide vareity of play mechanics going on and I love it.

BTW, the final engineer gun you unlock is a best. Unstoppable at close range, good at mid range, and so-so at long range. The final shotgun isn't very powerful....

my only complaint in bf3/b2k is the lack of ladders. holy **** nearly every building in the bf2 booster packs had ladders and ways to climb up. ghost town ne1?

of course i miss the gas launcher and grappling hook too

I love B2K. Reminds me of the destruction of BFBC2.
