AURUM CM GOLD 650 (AU-650M) is good for EVGA GeForce GTX 570 or i need to look for better PSU?

Just one GTX 570? That PSU is way more than you need, it'll work fine.

Yes just one GTX 570


For GTX 570 its says minimum need 12V 38A

It's a multi-rail PSU, it doesn't have one 12V rail rated at 18A, it has four, with a maximum of 600W combined output, which is equal to 50A. Let's make this easy: for all intents and purposes, assume that the PSU has a single 12V rail rated at 50A.
