BF3 Operation Guillotine Crash?

Thread Starter
Hey guys, so I have Battlefield 3 and I've been really enjoying it. Thing is, it tends to crash after a while. What happens is that if I'm playing multiplayer, I can play for a match or two, maybe even three, but out of nowhere, the game will crash to the desktop. There will be no error message at all. Bf3.exe will still be running in the background and I have to shut it off manually. Well this happens in single player too sometimes but I can normally just restart the game and get past it. However, I got to "Operation Guillotine" and now I cannot get past the point where you climb the ledge after you flank the ambushers on the bridge. It keeps crashing when I try to climb the ledge. I have tried reinstalling drivers (clean reinstall with sweeper), both 285 and 290, tried repairing the bf3 installation, and even a complete reinstall of the game. I still get the same issue. I then thought it could be a corrupted save file. I replayed all of the missions till the same level again and now I can't even load past the cutscene in the beginning of the level. I really don't know what it is, do you guys know what could be going on?

And I have tried playing with all of my parts at stock and it still happens.

I have the exact same problem - along with a number of other people.
See the video of the crash here:
This started after Origin installed the 3.9GB patch recently.
I'll contact EA tech support if this isn't sorted out this weekend.

About the crash on multiplayer:
I've been posting this on BF3 forums for weeks... No one knows how to fix and people from support/administration just don't answer the bilions of existant topics about this error.
