Had problems too with norton. Tried panda but still wasnt happy. Moved to kaspersky and never looked back. Scan takes ages but thats cos it does it properly i guess. Plus it can be set to update every hour if needed

I had Norton... till I found AVG. I've never looked back... but my parents... Love paying for programs that dont work as well, obviously. They also know that Nortn is better... hmm... whats wrong here?

Its been said before, and it will be said again. Free Antivirus is good to a point, then when you enter the realm of paying for AV software then there is only one choice: Nod32.

www.virusbtn.com is the sole place to look for information on AV software.
www.nod32.com is the place to buy Nod32.

Norton's is the worst program ever made.

I don't know if its decent at virus scan/firewall, but I HATE IT.

Took FOREVER for my system to load, and it crashed.

AVG Free + Zone Alarm = Me very happy
