Run it a few times off the HDD/SSD/whatever, that way all your cookies, etc are done. What I did was made a batch script that runs on startup and copies the files to the already made RAMDisk. It's easy enough IMO anyway.

Then just manually copy it back whenever there's an update, alternatively you could just put the cache on or make a script to automatically back the exe files up every 15 minutes or so.
