I agree with the above, a couple of days ago i was in a game on mw3 and within 3-4mins a guy on the other team got a m.o.a.b and the team still lost.
Now afterwards i went into Theater as i knew something was a bit dodgy and lo and behold the guy on the other team had 2 friends on my team helping him boost by using a tactical insertion, obviously on party chat planning their position (one reason i don't like party chat).
One of them tried defending himself saying he wasn't boosting, i agree he wasn't boosting but he was a part of the act itself which makes him just as bad, and then he went on to say that if he gets banned he will just get himself unbanned because he's a, in my words, small time machinima director on youtube (whoooppy doooo) i don't think he grasped the fact that it's Activision that hands out the bans and he had the conclusion that Machinima is Youtube, Youtube is Google and Google is Microsoft like he was some big time player in the world of gaming or Youtube!!!!! he also said since Prestige 2 he just lets people kill him, which is complete cr*p as it was obviously organised and as he genuinely does have a Youtube channel he does gameplays.
I sent a report player notification via the in game options for all 3 of them but deep down i'm sure all 3 will slip through the net as i doubt Activision follow up all reports which in my eyes is a little sad as these 3 smug c**ts will just think they're great and got away with it, I wish there was some way of making sure these 3 are cautioned because i'm a genuine gamer who takes pride in doing the ranking up legit and people like these 3 scrotums just ruin the game for the majority.
I've got their gamertags saved and the guys Youtube channel AND i've saved the gameplay in my Theater vault.
5000 days seems completely fair as that's a 3rd strike offence so anyone getting that woulld of previously be warned twice and had 48hr bans.
Dave.
