Ok thanks, I finally am able to run them at 800 but with 3.0GHz OC. Here's my current settings.

I'd like to atleast get this up to 3.2GHz with the RAM @ 800.

You will need to run a 356 fsb with that same multi, but your ram will be running at 850ish. You may need to raise your nb and ram voltages a tiny bit, or set timings to 5-6-6-18

What is your memory modules model number? If they are 800mhz ram spec'd at 1.8v you could potentially overclock to 900mhz or more, if its spec'd to 2.0v or 2.1v at 800mhz then you wont have much if any headroom above 800mhz.

It's spec'd at 1.8V LINK

Trying this as I type, will get back to you.

SMK's suggestion worked thumb.gif!!

It's running at 3.22GHz and at 855MHz, I also upped the DRAM to 2.0 but kept the timings to 5-5-5-15. I'm going to try some stability test with this before upping the RAM speed. Thank you all wink.gif. In the meantime any suggestions on upping the RAM speed over 900?

Thats all dependent on your modules, they may or may not be able to do it. You will have to find where you are no longer stable and work your way down. Loosening timings, and increasing voltage will help with stability to an extent. I would project you will be able to at least achieve 900mhz, but beyond that is a mystery until you try.

I'm glad it's working. All it is is bump up fsb, until it's unstable, then either a little voltage increase, i wouldn't go higher than 1.28v nb and 2.1v ram, or loosen timings, ie- 5-6-6-18
