There's absolutely no better deal right now than Micro Center.

QFT. Also, Newegg and other places do deals on RAM all the time. I got 8GB of G.Skill for $40 but it was on sale recently at Newegg for I believe $30. Shop around, but it should be fairly easy to find cheap.

Do the MC deal for the i5/mobo combo. Best out there as said. It's a killer deal. All said and done, you should be ~$250-300 depending on what motherboard you want.
