Google Chrome Not loading Webpages?

My boss brought me his wife's computer, and these claimed were made:

Google Chrome will not load anything
Internet Explorer will
It is connected to WiFi

I take it to my house, connect it to WiFi, and everything is swell. Google Chrome worked great! I take it to their house, test the WiFi, and Google Chrome works there too. My boss saw it and confirmed it was working.

This morning my boss comes to me and claims that it didn't work for her when she got home later that night. she has taken two screenshots, and it indeed isn't working.

Error 103 (Connection Aborted) for delta.com, and error 118 (Connection Timed Out) for Facebook.

I literally did NOTHING but connect to WiFi when I got to my house. I am yet to clarify whether Internet Explorer was working for her last night.

What is going on here? Any ideas on where to start?

Try as well to change the DNS if they are manually set, Google ones work great (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4).
It could as well be that she uses the laptop in a low coverage area, even though the PC won't lose the signal completely.
If she tells you IE was working anyway, I have no clues... Try reinstalling Chrome if everything else fails.

I cannot imagine that it is anything but this, but IF IE is working but Google Chrome is not, then that is strange.
