Problem with memory

I didnt see a "Memory" sub-thread so im posting here. My memory passed memtest86 (2x4GB Corsair Ram kit) but it seems to only work when 1 stick of Ram is in. When both sticks are in I get BSOD.. does that mean that these sticks are not really matched??

There is an Intel and amd memory forum here. Did you test each sick individually?
