600T White Edition Side fans

I am about to order these 4 white LED Xigmateks for the side mesh. My question is that I would like to hide those cables as best as possible.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233035

What I want to do is zip tie all 4 wires together and have a hidden power cable to them in the case. Rather than have 4 3 pin to molex connectors and have a bunch of extra unneeded cables, is there something better I could use.

P.S. I don't want a fan controller, i'll always operate at high fan speeds.

EDIT : This is what you want : 4 pin to 4x3 pin

I'm pretty sure you can come up with something very neat with this product, ziptie all the 4 fans connector, plug em into that zalman adapter, scotch tape those cable on the inside of your panel and have a 4 pin PSU routed to where the 4 female pin is and BAMM
Awesome Setup, Awesome Case and Awesome Airflow woot

I found this, it's sleeved, but what is the "usb-like connector" for?

Where does that plug in?

That would connect right on your motherboard 3 pin connector.

Either the one I mentionned or the one you posted would work, althought yours you should be able to control the speed via the motherboard bios.
EDIT : Just noticed that the cable you posted is exactly like mine except it is sleaved and has a 3 pin PWM that connect to your motherboard.
So your cable would require a 4 pin from your psu and a 3 pin on the motherboard (You said you want them to go full speed so I'd go with mine unless you want the sleeve.)
