That was me. The problem was getting BP to respond to my messages, for some reason it was very difficult. After literally three months of trying, I finally got a response last week and placed an order for everything I wanted, including a few fittings not listed even on Bitspower's website
. Hopefully it will hit my door in a few days and I can _finally_ start my build!
Not sure if your experience has been the same, but it is still difficult emailing bitspower. Even now, messages sent through "normal" email (my email client or my ISP's webmail portal) all bounce back with a message that BP's server is full. The only way I have been able to get through is by using their website's contact form
. It's a bit awkward composing replies and pasting it all into that little text box, but it works.
I primarily used www.bitspower.com.tw
to browse the catalog since they have bigger product pictures including schematics, which was very helpful deciding exactly which fittings to get. Once you figure out the product codes (BP-MB = matte black, BP-DBR = red, etc) you can do a search that pulls up the complete lines and also compare when one line has items another one doesn't.
Shipping charge was $65 so I wouldn't recommend going this route for a small order.
