Thread Starter
Hello all,

I am not sure if this is the right place to put this post. Anyway I am having issues with my computer it will reboot while playing games. So far it has done it while playing need for speed shift 2 and skyrim. No blue screens or errors it just reboots. Also, I leave my computer on every night and it looked like it had rebooted last night. I have ran mtest and it passed. Everything is at stock settings I was overclocked at little I took it off over the weekend when the problems started and it didnt help

my suggestion are:

1. Check temperature, since bios have feature to turn off or in this case restart computer when the heat are over than it allowed.
2. Check voltage from your power supply (12v, 5v and 3,3v) while gaming or when you torture it. if the voltage drop it might be the cause.
3. Update driver or even firmware if needed.
4. Unstable windows might also cause the restart. Try error checking.

thats for now. hope you get it fix asap. CMIIW

I was thinking temps as well. Although if it's doing it during the night while idling you would not think that would be it. Possibly the PSU?
