I would stay about 90F even if it overheats and fails you can just clock it lower. it just depends on your CPU, some can take it some cant, even if they're all 2500k's.

So if it overheats it will just shut down? And will not damage the CPU or anything?

On most mobo's there is a reset button for your overclock on the board so you can just try again. If it overheats will shut itself off, blue screens and things like that. There is only damage if your running it at higher temps like 120F for an extended period of time.

Oh okay thanks man!

also your mobo could have more space if you get the ASUS Sabertooth which will increase airflow space and give you more space for your GPU/GPUs if you ever want to get a 2nd 480.

I just talked with my friend and he just told me I should go with the P8Z68-V/GEN3 http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8Z68VGEN3/#specifications because it has more options and all is compatible with it.. I looked fast at it and looks good is this a good move?

The Only Thing Is That you could go with less RAM .. 16gb isnt really NEEDED for gaming .. 8Gb Of Dominator GT Would Be Enough And Would Perform Better Then Some Vengeance!
