You're raising the wrong voltage. You need to raise your CPU-NB, not regular NB. The one that's 1.175v default.

i can turn it up to like 205-210 and keep it stable but isnt 1066(533mhz) much faster then 400 mhz or 410 if its 205 and im just confused on why i cant get the speed stated on the ram(ive tried with and without the gskill set right now its without and ive tried in dual channel and not.. and dimm voltage is at 2.208 and nt ht is at 1.35 im also confused at to y they limited my processor to ddr2 when the cpu is faster then alot of new cpus yet the ram severly holds it back. is there a way to fix this?

is there a way to change ram settings in amd over drive or do i have to do it in bios. i know i cant change timings but can u change the mhz rating?

I'm not sure if you can, but even if you could it's not going to be stable. Just run 800mhz and tighten the timings (e.g. if they are rated 1066mhz 5-5-5-15 then run it at 800mhz 4-4-4-12 or so). I don't know what CPU you have, but the integrated memory controller obviously can't handle 4 DIMMs @ 1066mhz. Adjust CPU-NB voltage may help, but from what it seems like your board doesn't support that. Real world difference between 800mhz and 1066mhz is almost non existent anyway so don't stress out about it.
