Ordering a card today for ~$260. Need advice.

Currently for my budget, there are two cards I'm looking at:

MSI 560 Ti Twin Frozr II 2GB - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127608

or

MSI 560 Ti Twin Frozr III Hawk 1GB - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127578

Rig will mostly be used for gaming, including BF3, Crysis 2, and Skyrim. I have no plans on ever using more than a one monitor setup. However, I do plan on running either of these in SLI sometime in the near future. I'm leaning towards the Hawk, but I've been told BF3 can eat up VRAM at higher resolutions and since I'm going to use SLI later, I won't be limited to 1GB if I choose the TFII 2GB version. Any thoughts or advice?

Current setup: i5-2500k @ 4.5GHz, MSI P67A-GD55 mobo, Corsair HX750w PSU, G.Skill 8GB DDR3-1600 RAM, 500R case.
