Not much of a review in terms of technical digging, but it adds one more to the list of persons who seem to be impressed. I'm in on the 2420TX pre-order.

The TX comes with built in NVIDIA 3D Vision 2 emitter along with glasses while the T does not it also costs 100$ more

You can view that as saving 50$ if you were considering to go 3D since it's 149$ regular price

Someone asked that awhile back, here's my post regarding it.

tl;dr version of it is that the technology is newer and the make is better.
