I snagged an "untested" Lamptron FC-5 on Ebay. So it gets here today and won't spin a fan. It also beeps extremely loudly. The display illuminates but shows all 0's. Any idea what could be causing this? Is there a fix for it? I hate to just throw it in the trash.
