^well if you cap your FPS your GPUs will run much cooler, produce less noise and certainly your power bill would decrease a bit

Ive never heard of this before, my noob is showing. No screen tearing or anything?!?

I never heard of fps limiter on MSI afterburner either.

Only issue with this is a possible PB BAN. I only say this as it is injected into your game it seems, and that always throws up warnings on PunkBuster..

Not to me, smooth as silk no tearing at all.

1. Download http://nl.guru3d.com/afterburner/RTSS430b2.rar
2. Extract that zip into C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\Bundle\OSDServer (Make sure MSI Afterburner is closed).
3. Download the following; http://www.mediafire.com/?vuhb9lgj7r78y6g
4. Extract the BF3.exe.cfg file into C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\ProfileTemplates
5. Open up MSI Afterburner.
6. Enjoy Battlefield 3 limited at 62fps.

Feel free to modify the file with Wordpad and change it to any number you want (60fps, 65fps... etc.), 62fps seems to work great for me.

Something I forgot to add, you must be using MSI Afterburner 2.2.0 BETA 9.

So what are the settings to edit in injFX_Settings.h to get it to look like the video? I added all the files, and while my game looks sharper, the colors all still look exactly the same as they always have.

Uh oh what happens if Im just using the regular 2.1?
