I have no idea, mine looks incredibly good on stock already so I won't be editing it at all. tongue.gif

Hmm...the colors on my game all still look very drab despite using the injector.
post #33 of 497
Until I hear an official word on this I wont be touching it, thanks for the thread though.

I've put too many hours into Bf3 to inherit a possible pB ban

No one is forcing you to use it! wink.gif

I'll keep using it until they ban me or they tell me not to use it. tongue.gif

I'm going to give this a go since I've been using a similar injector for Skyrim and really like it. There is no DL link in the OP, is this what I should be using? http://forums.electronicarts.co.uk/battlefield-3-pc/1454675-better-sharper-custom-fxaa-injector.html

That's because it's literally new from like 4 days ago;

1. Download http://nl.guru3d.com/afterburner/RTSS430b2.rar
2. Extract that zip into C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\Bundle\OSDServer (Make sure MSI Afterburner is closed).
3. Download the following; http://www.mediafire.com/?vuhb9lgj7r78y6g
4. Extract the BF3.exe.cfg file into C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\ProfileTemplates
5. Open up MSI Afterburner.
6. Enjoy Battlefield 3 limited at 62fps.
Feel free to modify the file with Wordpad and change it to any number you want (60fps, 65fps... etc.), 62fps seems to work great for me. smile.gif
Enjoy! thumb.gif

Did you know there's already an in built frame limit option in BF3? Open the console and type "GameTime.MaxVariableFps" and add on the number you want your fps limited too and hit enter. You can also make it permanent by creating a blank text file with notepad then add that command to it save it as user.cfg then pop it in your BF3 main folder.

Yes, of course I did know, that's the first thing I tried. But the in-game FPS limiter gives stuttering to me and it drops below 62 quite often for no reason (to like 58-60 making it stutter).

Aparrently the in-game FPS limiter does not like SLI/Crossfire setups. So that's why I'm sticking to MSI Afterburner's FPS Limiter, to prevent stuttering. thumb.gif
