It's useless and pollutes the forum with threads that mean nothing. He should have PM'd a director to ask Chozart a question, emailed, or IM'd. So for future refrence: Do that instead of posting a new thread.

That's because they are. I suggest buying a new PSU that has around 500 Watts and is of a respected brand, where do you buy your parts from?

It's not always how many watts that matter, it's important that the psu is of quality design and manufacture. Alot of psu are rated higher than they should be. My e6600 + x1900xtx recently ruined a 600w cooler master psu that I paid $100 for. A good psu typically costs at least $150 it seems

Antec's Truepower line has a great reputation for quality psu and their prices aren't too bad either. You would want a quality psu of around 500W at least. You might need more if you ever want to go SLI or Crossfire, you could look into buying a "SLI Certified" psu

Besides the low voltage reading, have you actually had any problems playing games or anything?

If everything works ok in 3d mode, you don't need to buy a new psu right now unless it really holds you back when overclocking your cpu

If you are going to spend the money, you want to buy a good psu that you won't have to replace (at least for a long time)
