those features are useless.. they are waht keep u away from overclocking past 400 FSB. dont disable the thermal monitor that is the only good one.
the important thing is to NOT have MEM timings or CPU voltage on AUTO and raise voltages as shown above

yeah everything here ahs been very help full..

I took advise from these overclockers and all i had to do is

Put memory timings at stick speeds. not at auto.
also raise MCH and FSB volt +.1
raise mem by +.3
have cpu volt at 1.34

DISABLE ALL CPU FEATURES IN ADVANDED BIOS SETTINGS BUT JUST LEAVE TERMAL MONITOR 2 Enabled.

This should get u past the 1 Ghz overclock

Yea I do all that but I can only get to 2.24 ghz (320 mhz fsb).
MCH = +0.1
DIMM = +0.1
FSB V = +0.1
vCore = 1.33125V

Speedfan shows my idle temp as 30C and load temp as around 45C
Core Temp shows my idle temp as 40C and load temp at 50C max.
(I'm on stock cooling, but put my fan to full speed)

Wut am I doing wrong?

speed fan is inacurate use TAT from intel.

raise dimm +.2
make sure u disable all extra features except thermal control 2
do not leave memory setting on auto.

It could be your ram. It might max out at the fsb you're running at. I'm guessing your fsb is around 400. So 400x2 = 800 on your ram speed. Thats pretty high over your ram's default.
