its the ram. mine did the same thing on my my build. rum mem test you'll see. or reboot with one stick. once the bad ram gets used upto the bad sector the system becomes unstable.

I jiggled the RAM and so far no black screens, also jiggled the video card (i warped the screw so the screw goes in crooked) Maybe I fixed it with a simple jiggle? Even though they didnt seem to move at all lmao

Weird... I booted me PC and got no video, I pushed the power and walked out of the room, came back in and no signal...rebooted and it runs fine..this is getting VERY old

Ugh now its flashing black again, why does it not do it all the time? Sometimes it boots perfect and wont mess up all day, others it sucks and messes up all the time like flashing black

Seems after the PC "warms up" its doesnt do it anymore, weird... Someone said the IQ something is messing up, any input from anyone, Would like to know if anyone else experienced this or can back this theory up. Also got a 1900xt coming so maybe it wont do it with that card, even though card works perfect in my other rig.

i'm also getting the exact same problems you are i tried rmaing the board ,no use. i noticed i get it has gotten worse lately it'll flash like that 3 times in a row but once i stay on a while it usually goes away

update-i tried loosening the timeings and it helped a little but still randomly does it but not 3 times in a row anymore only 2 i'm gona try uping the voltage
