Nope. It should be running @ 4ghz.

Did you change these settings below?

TDC Current limit Override (Amps) = 200
Internal PLL Voltage Override = Enabled (Disable this when multi is set below 45x)
Intel Turbo Boost Technology = Enable
Burst Mode Power Limit = 200
Sustained Mode Power Limit = 180

See if you can change that Processor VR Droop Control. Mine is set to Low V-droop.

Set it to None = Auto and run Prime95 again. What's your bios version? I remember I had the issue before that Turbo Boost is not kicking in.

Also, Leave it in Dynamic and set Internal PLL Voltage Override to Disable. You're below 45x so you don't need this.

Bios version = BGP6710J.86A.2111.2011.1120.2157

and on the Processor Voltage Override I don't get an option of None or Auto, all I get is default and then 1.0000, 1.0025, etc all the way up to 1.9000 and if I leave it as default I am not able to change the V droop option
