Bf3 on high. low fps? - Page 2

I take that it's a prebuilt system?

Do me a favour, and open up Task Manager, and changed to the hardware monitor section, then download MSI afterburner and monitor the CPU usage, GPU usage and RAM usage. when you come out of game..

repirt back with the figures smile.gif

RAM: 2X2 GB 1333 MHZ corsair
And in the link it has 3 resolutions the final is 1920 x1080 with ultra at average fps 44

I would totally turn down textures. What about AA? I'd turn that all the way down too.

Try playing this game at low quality and see how you like it. My roommate turned it down without telling me and realistically I can't tell the difference in game play because i'm not looking at the scenery so much as looking for the next guy who's head i'm going to blow off (and the less clutter there is, the easier it is to spot them tongue.gif)

oc 560 ti can max out with 2x AA, but a 550 ti isn't powerfull to max it out on 1080p.

yeah, I just figured the mobo seemed like it might be a prebuilt.
So it's clearly a GPU issue if you want higher fps, but at 28-40 fps, that's pretty playable?
And not to sound silly, alot of distance rendering uses power, so turn down things like Iterm Fade (if you can)
