i havent had any problems with my asrock p67 extreme4 gen3 since ive bought it yeah it took a bit before the bios was mature but now that it is it is rock stable but everyone has their own preferences smile.gif

From some fast resurch i found a diffrence

Asus
Extreme Engine Digi+ :
- 8 -phase CPU power design + 4 -phase iGPU power design
- 3 -phase Memory power design
- ML Caps on CPU respectively

EVGA
12 Phase PWM

The memory should not be a issue right? i didnt have any with the EVGA 790i... So is this a BIG deal or not trying to hit 5.0+?

its the mive for sure.. i think its pretty common knowledge that they oc better than any other 1155 board. i was able to oc my old 2500k higher with a lower voltage than i could on my p8p67 pro.

not many people have them because there are better options... like the asus boards and ASrock boards.

Can anyone else confirm this? I was reading the comments on Newegg, seems its very hard to get Asus to RMA and the customer service is crap! Really not sure here

go look in the HWbot top you will find plenty of asrock boards up there

EDIT: but anyway not going to start an argument in your thread im just saying the asrock arent as bad as everyone says they are and definitely worth looking at but if you have the money to spend and not to spend in another place i would buy the maximus 4 extreme-z

they have proven themselves again and again and are a top contender i just hate to see people throw companies out that havent been very good in the past but then all of the sudden make some good products
