Which psu is the best for me?

Thread Starter
Hi, I just finished my new gaming rig yesterday, and the ocz z series 1000w I bought is making an extremely loud, excessive whining noise. It is a load of garbage... So,I a going to return it and get another. I would like to know the best 850w-1100w psu for the money. The main points I am looking for are: Silence (most important), as modular as possible, reliable, affordable. Thanks in advance biggrin.gif

What's the shop in question, what's the hardware in question and what is your budget?
