89w CPU or not?

Thread Starter
I want to go dual core, without having to get DDR2 RAM and all that so im sticking with AMD, i got my eyes on a 4400+ Toledo. But my question is, should i get the cheaper 89watt version or the regular one?
I have a feeling the 89watt one may not OC as well or something.

hes pretty much right, i have the 85w version and i had it on phase which didnt really give much more of an oc, i could get it to post up to about 3.0ghz but really stable at 2.8 but all this was with 1.4vcore and sometimes 1.375, it didnt like alot of vcoore unlike my opti 170 which has to have like 1.7vcore to be stable at 2.8 or 2.9, its not so much youll get a higher oc its jsut less vcore to do it

i would go for the lesser wattage of the two and if i recall its a few bucks cheaper
