What RAM to get with DFI Lanparty?

Thread Starter
So im getting this DFI board. I wanted to know whats the most voltage of RAM it can handle, as i heard if your board cant handle some RAM due to high stock voltages it wont boot, and really dont wanna go threw RMA'ing as i fear it horribly.
Can anyone with this board report the best/fastest RAM they got running on this board?

The Ultra D has an option in bios to switch ram under and over 3.2v (up to 4v +-). You will not need a voltage booster for the mobo.
The best ram you can get for this mobo is DDR from G. Skill, OCZ, Corsair, Mushkin, Geil 1, Patriot XBLK, and a few others.
Value ram may not work well with this.

My recommendation would be G. Skill PC4000/PC4400/PC4800.
OCZ is also solid stuff.

Obviously some sort of BH-5, for maximum performance. DFI itself recommends either BH-5 or TCCD. I doubt you'll have voltage issues but there're probably other factors that might cause them to not work.

Check out some GEIL One, it is really only meant for the DFI boards as it takes such a high voltage. I am at 3.2 as I type this and will probably hit 3.5 soon enough. The RAM is lifetime warrantied to 3.1v but past that... (like there gonna know). And my board will go up to 4v right off that bat, granted you will never hit that as it would kill most ram.

The GEIL will do the same timings as the OCZ and I think is actually cheaper (got mine for $102 for the set).

But if you are gonna get Geil you have to get a DFI as the voltage these beasts require is insane. I sit at 3.5v now and have seen them hit up to 3.9v! This is BH-5 I speak of.
