Upon research, 5050 ( SUPERNIGHTS/BITFENIX ) provide 73 lumen per foot while 3528 provides 188 lumens per foot, That is a huge difference!
Keep in mind mind that the 5050 will usually be 30/60 led/meter due to their size, while the 3528 are twice that density.
More research. A company called, FlexFireLEds ( their strips are over priced when compared to the ones I listed in the previous post, 12.99-22.99 a foot depending on intesity for their ULTRA BRIGHT LEDs) has 3014/3020 LEDs which can provide 311, 519, 670 lumens/foot ( for their three Super bright lines, which are just different intensities)!
They also offer the RGB option for 5050 at 60LEDs/meter and the Single color 3528 option too, but they are over priced
So, 5050 are 5mm*5mm, very bright, and can be found for cheap.
The 3528 are 3.5mm*2.8mm, not as bright but can be packed more tightly to provide more brightness.
I need to find more about the 3014/3020, but they seem to be very small due to their LED/meter densities ( probably slightly smaller than the 3528) and are extremely bright.
I'll probably buy the Zitrades Waterproof Superbright 3528 SMD 600leds top LED, 16.4 Feet Doubl Density Flexible Light Strip with 600 SMD, as I am getting a Fractal Design xL R2.
