It's 12:15PM right now. Try again. Maybe after being hey it cut off or might have something to do with being in the UK. I hope not. Hang in there. wink.gif

Online RMA request : http://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user/rmaform_p.aspx

I'd still try to talk to someone.

That form only allows US and Canada addresses to be input, I wish there was a UK equivalent form. Thanks for the advice so far by the way, much appreciated.

So the UK phone numbers

Tel: +44-871-288-5605 - never picks up goes to answering machine with the message please leave the name of the person you are trying to contact followed by the message,
Tel: +44-870-8200-009 (Note/Netbooks/Fullsystems ONLY. NO Components/Mainboards/Graphic Cards.) - Doesn't even work

Us number are not toll free for international callers and so far I have rang 3 times told to wait around for a while then I get cut off.

Time to try and search for more means of contacting them, first and last msi product.

Another reason I'm waiting on purchsing Tahiti / Kepler. Waiting for MSI to make their lightnings, so the warranty is serial-based, and reselling is pain-free.

Purchase date Nov 28
Arrives Dec 12 (international)
is completely unresponsive
post on MSI support Dec 13

UK phone numbers don't work, and cant connect to US numbers.

I purchased this to replace my 460 which is producing all sorts of graphical glitches and still no reply, haven't been able to speak to anyone

So what can I do?
how long are they allowed to do this?

Am I just being paranoid, does this type of thing normally take this long? I think its completely unacceptable there has to be other people in my position trying to replace not dying but dead cards.
