[CT] Windows Phone Tops in User Satisfaction - Page 4

Give me a four and a half to five inch x86 Windows 8 phone/subtablet, and Android will be nevermore.
I've said this before, but I own an Android HTC EVO 4 (for work) and the WP7 Samsung Focus, and I find myself using the Windows Phone 7 more often. It's just more straight forward and easier to work with in my experience-- live tiles are nice. So I guess you could say I prefer my WP7 over my Android.

My wife has a WP7 and she absolutely loves it. I've played around with it as well and I really like it. They are only lacking in app support at this point really. It will be very interesting to see what happens when Windows 8 comes out. The WP7 already integrates really nicely with Windows (syncing wirelessly with outlook contacts for example is a piece of cake). Work provides me an iPhone, but when Windows 8 comes out I'll definitely be interested in seeing how well the WP7 and Windows mesh.

Blackberry's have an air of business about them. They may not have the neat gadgets that the other phones have, but for reasons I can't put a finger on, it just feels right; even without a touch screen. I actually miss my Blackberry, but was too frustrated with the need to reboot the phone every-so-often, that I haven't wanted to go back. When I was running around doing independent IT work for various companies, that thing was my mobile office, and flipping brilliant.
Android is awesome, very customizable and often very stable. The apps are abundant, and you can do basically anything you want with it. However, it's not the smoothest OS I've used.
iOS actually bores the hell out of me, and actually feels like it's insulting my intelligence every time I use it (but it caters to the technologically impaired, so I suppose that makes sense). I personally think they need a big revamp of iOS to bring it up on the times. It is however, very smooth.
And lastly, WP7. I receive my HD7S tomorrow, which will be my first WP7. I've had the pleasure of playing with several of them for an extended period of time, and I really like what I see. The OS is extremely smooth, crisp, and clutter-free. I'll probably have more pros and cons in a few days.

Thanks for that mate! +rep

I'd be jumping on board if there were some high end WP7 devices for CDMA. I really want a Titan, but I'm on contract with Sprint for the moment.

lol what? Thats like judging Ford's customer satisfaction on average compared to GM by comparing customer reviews of the GT500 versus the Corvette. That's not exactly gonna give you an average understanding of customer satisfaction of the company's cars as a whole.

I should clarify. The LG Ally is a feature phone, period. You're now comparing subcompacts with exotics by putting "LG Ally" in a poll against iPhone 4, Thunderbolt, SGS II, Droid Bionic etc. Just compare everything head to head. Clearly comparing iPhone to the aggregate of iPhones including knockoffs and feature phones is not fair nor equivalent. Show me an iPhone 4S for $0 on contract. Oh, there is none? Now do you see why it's not fair to take the average of all phones and compare it with one specific high-end phone? "$" is a big factor, and clearly the survey didn't take that into account.

Hmmm my wife said she couldn't find Words With Friends for example. I've never searched their app store though.
